Darmona Estate’s Pekoe Dust, auctioned by Paramount Tea Marketing, topped the Dust tea auction and the entire CTC market when Om Enterprises bought it for ₹201a kg. Darmona Estate’s Red Dust, auctioned by Paramount Tea Marketing, closely followed when Om Enterprises bought it for ₹200 per kg. These were the only grades that crossed the ₹200/kg mark.
Darmona Estate topped the Leaf tea auction also when its Broken Orange Pekoe fetched ₹171, closely followed by its Broken Orange Pekoe Fannings at ₹170.
